IdeasImpactIn Real Life

I solve complex problems and turn ambitious ideas into useful products, strategies and action.

Good outcomes begin with clear thinking. AI has shortened the distance between an idea and something real, but speed has only made the right questions more important. I look beneath the obvious problem, challenge what others take for granted and use the best tools available to move from sound judgement to purposeful action.

I use AI to build real products, like BumpNotes and Big Picture Planner. Now I help founders, health teams and organisations build their own.

What I do

Who I help

01

Ambitious people

Stuck on something big? I’ll help you think it through and leave with a clear plan.

02

Healthcare & health tech teams

I help teams with product strategy, AI strategy, and redesigning how they work day to day.

03

Organisations

I turn a hard problem into a plan, product or service you can use.

What I’ve actually done.

I take hard problems and turn them into something useful.

Here are a few examples from outside my clinical work. I help more people from underrepresented backgrounds get into medicine. I also share health information people can trust with their communities.

01

Trustee, WPMN

An active trustee with the Widening Participation Medics Network, helping open a career in medicine to people who’d rarely picture it as theirs.

02

CAHN Health Hour

I’ve hosted and spoken for the Caribbean & African Health Network, sharing health knowledge people can use.

03

“It’s All Gone Tits Up”

I supported a breast cancer screening campaign that encouraged women to get screened early.

Thinking, made real

Every project begins with a problem worth solving.

I built most of what you see here myself. I use AI tools like Lovable, Claude Code and ChatGPT to go from an idea to a live product in days. GA4 and Microsoft Clarity keep me honest about what’s actually working.

How I think

Curiosity, judgement and the confidence to make complexity useful.

Emergency Medicine taught me to understand a complicated situation fast, separate signal from noise and decide well when nothing is certain. I use the same approach on ideas and products now. AI helps me test ideas sooner. Judgement still leads.
